To mark the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the Center for German Studies welcomed Dr. Helmut Kaiser, managing director and global chief investment strategist of Private Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Kaiser gave a public talk on "The Economics of German Unification after 20 Years – Experiences, Implications and Perspectives." His visit was part of the Freedom Without Walls Program that commemorated the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989.
