Dear Colleagues,

It has been a while that we have had a face to face meeting of the affiliates of the Center for German Studies. It is high time to come together as a group and take stock of the flurry of activities of the last few months. At the same time we would like to look ahead and also need your input. Most importantly, perhaps, it would be great if our Center would take the lead on the refugee crisis -- we see there is much demand, and great interest in working with us on the issue.

We will send you a more detailed agenda by Wednesday, and hope to see you on Friday at noon in the German Conference Room. Please RSVP; we will provide sandwiches (let us know if there are any dietary restrictions).
