Flyer for a photo exhibit featuring Anna Lehmann-Brauns work, on March 20th at 6:30 PM in Nau-Gibson Commons Gallery, 2nd Floor

Please join us for the opening of Anna Lehmann-Braun's photo exhibit on Thursday, March 20th at 6:30 PM in the Nau-Gibson Commons Gallery, 2nd Floor.

Known for her unique approach to "straight" photography, Lehmann-Brauns explores the tension between real and fictional spaces, creating evocative images that capture absence and memory. Her works, such as Paradise Black (2014) and Chez Icke (2023), delve into forgotten places and imaginary worlds, evoking a sense of melancholy and storytelling through abandoned sites and miniature models.

This event is cosponsored by the Center for German Studies and European Studies. All are welcome!
